Important: Please use the same email address currently registered with your Carlton FX CRM account when requesting a password reset.

Once reset, log in through the CRM portal:

CRM Login → broker.carltonfx.net/auth/login
MT5 Account: Your MT5 trading account password will remain unchanged. This reset applies only to your CRM login credentials.

Additionally, as part of the security enhancements, the KYC verification status of client accounts has been reset. Please complete the KYC verification process again by uploading the required documents through the CRM portal.

These measures have been implemented to strengthen account security, improve compliance standards, and provide a safer trading environment for all clients. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this transition.
